I need help! HS "One Book" project. Entire school will read the same book, including all staff. Question: WHICH book to choose? Not too long, not too hard, but very engaging. Ideal book includes issues of multicultural life, poverty, hardship, with a good outcome in the end. I like "Saint Iggy", by K.L.Going because Iggy describes himself as someone who doesn't have a "special talent" which will save him in the end, so that it's not the same old plot. Suggestions? THANKS!
